Job Purpose:

The Nursery Practitioner Trainer role requires an experienced early years education professional with demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality Arabic-language nursery training programs aligned with Saudi early childhood frameworks and international best practices. The Nursery Practitioner Trainer will provide training, coaching, mentoring, and assessment to nursery practitioners, supporting professional development across varying qualification levels through blended learning, applied practice, and structured coaching. The role requires recognized academic or professional qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Teacher Development, Education, or other relevant disciplines, ensuring the implementation of best practices in line with program objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

The Nursery Practitioner Trainer will:

  • Deliver in-person nursery training workshops and practical demonstrations
  • Facilitate LMS-based learning and independent study activities
  • Provide one-to-one coaching, group mentoring, and classroom observations
  • Support observation, assessment, and documentation practices
  • Contribute to quality assurance, trainee progress tracking, and reporting

Skills & Competencies:

  • Communication & interpersonal: Excellent communication, cultural sensitivity, ability to work effectively with diverse learner groups
  • Training & mentoring: Fluency in Arabic, coaching, mentoring, and classroom observation
  • Technical & organizational: LMS proficiency, digital learning tools, leadership, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in nursery or early years education
  • Trained in coaching, mentoring, safeguarding, and LMS-based learning

Job Purpose:

The Sales Officer supports Stellar’s Business Development by managing sales pipelines, tracking opportunities, and maintaining strong client and customer relationships. This role ensures timely follow-ups, accurate reporting, and consistent representation of Stellar’s values. 

Main Responsibilities:

1. Business Opportunity Support & Market Intelligence

1.1 Support the Business Development by collecting and analyzing market data on schools, education groups, and stakeholders (Cambridge & Non-Cambridge).

1.2 Track sector updates, new openings, expansions, leadership changes, and competitor activity.

1.3 Conduct research and identify potential clients, customers, and partnerships for Business Development.

1.4 Conduct research and identify potential engagements such as events and conferences.

1.5 Maintain and update the hitlists for existing and potential market expansion.

1.6 Research opportunities on tender platforms such as “Etimad and MISK Platforms, etc.” by monitoring potential RFPs.

1.7 Support in the preparation of proposals.

2. Clients and Customer Care Relationship Management

2.1 Create and manage event registration forms and post-event satisfaction surveys to capture leads, gather feedback, and identify opportunities.

2.2 Maintain and update the client database to track interactions, monitor engagement, and ensure timely communication for relationship building and retention.

2.3 Follow up on leads and post-event communications to nurture relationships and support potential opportunities.

2.4 Track trends and issues across all client interactions and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for service improvement.

3. Reporting, Tracking & Internal Coordination

3.1 Prepare weekly/bi-weekly Sales activity reports, covering leads generated, meetings scheduled, and pipeline status.

3.2 Support in preparation of quarterly reports.

3.3 Maintain organized records of clients, opportunities, proposals, and partnerships in the shared company resources.

4. Support Sales Orders (Cambridge and Non-Cambridge Services)

4.1 Manage the end-to-end sales process, starting from the preparation of accurate sales quotations to the final registration of invoices in alignment with the finance department within the Stellar system. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as:

  • Cambridge product offerings (e.g., exams registration entries)
  • Student Career Assessments and other non-Cambridge services

4.2 Maintain detailed records of quotations, orders, auditing, and tracking purposes, ensuring consistency and transparency across all sales transactions.

*This role requires travel within KSA.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes, with a solid understanding of lead generation, customer engagement, and relationship management.
  • Customer-focused problem solver, skilled at handling objections, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Sufficient understanding of desktop publishing of ERP systems, including Odoo, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales, client relationship management, or sales support, preferably in the education sector.
